Giorgia a little poor country just after Big Russia.The Government of Giorgia just decided to completely change the language of country from Georgian to English. Government recruting Native English Teachers that majorly come from America and Canada teach English to Giorgia students.
why Government decide to change language?
Georgia doesn’t have natural gas or oil The resource that we have is our human intellectual potential. So they need to use that potential as much as possible.
why Government choose Teacher out side of Giorgia?
yes this questions comes first to the mind so answer is that Giorgia was a part of former Soviet Russia so major people of Giorgia speaks Georgian as first language and Russian as second language. so the teachers also can not teach English properly. They are only teach students English by translation and this was not a proper manner to learn English.thats why Government of Giorgia called English teachers out side of Giorgia and as per the latest situation The Government already lured 1000 teachers and more 500 till this September.
Where this Teachers lives?
Now The Giorgian Government decide that the Teachers should live with the Native Families and that Families receive a stipend of about $275 a month.so that Russian Roots also be removed from the Giorgia.
